Pono Plant is an early Hawaii-based effort with one aim: access to important plants. We teach how to grow and propagate them, and we are building a lawful path to nursery-propagated stock. We are early: the bench is still being built, and we do not have stock to hand out yet. For now, access is a conversation.

Access is not a checkout button yet. It is knowledge you can use now, and a supply line we are still building honestly. We propagate, we never wild-collect, and we label honestly down to the subspecies. Where getting a plant to root is still our own bet, we call it a hypothesis and show our work.
